“Guo Chang Cheng, wake up.” Chu Shu Zhi gently but firmly shook him, needing him to be conscious enough to hear what he had to say. “I have to leave with Lao Zhao and Da Qing. I’ll be back as soon as I can.”

The young man on the table didn’t stir. Xiao Guo was exhausted, everything that had happened to him in the past 24 hours was enough to sink him back asleep after their last conversation.

“Babe, wake up.” The endearment slipped unnoticed from Chu Ge’s lips as he again shook Chang Cheng, making one last attempt to bring him back to awareness.

Eyes slowly opening like a sleepy kitten, Xiao Guo let out a soft “Mmmmm?”

“Hey,” a soft expression painted Shu Zhi’s face. “I have to go with Lao Zhao and Da Qing, I’ll come back as soon as I can. I’ll take you home, so don’t leave without me. I promise I’ll come back for you. Okay?”

“Okay.” He caught the hand closest to his. “Thank you.”

Who in your OTP asks the weird questions in the middle of the night and who hits the other in the face with a pillow

now that’s easy. firstly, tin would never ever hit can, not even with a pillow. so is probably tin that wake can up in the middle of the night to ask him things like “can, do you love me?” because he always needs this much of reassurance. the answer is a “im trying to sleep, ai asshole!” and a pillow hitting his face. but can would always cuddle him anyways and that’s enough for tin.

Okay, I like this, but consider the following.

Can wakes up Tin because his mind is buzzing with something he saw earlier that day during class or on TV and he’s just like, “Ai Tin, Ai Tin, Ai Tin, do you think it’s weird that ducks have corkscrew penises because the females have convoluted vaginas to prevent mating?” Tin wouldn’t hit Can, but he’d bury his head under the pillow and beg for death because his class is early in the morning and in English, please understand that Can. 

Tin wakes up Can because he wants reassurance or he wants to banter because Can woke up him last night damn it and tonight he will have vengeance. “Can, Can, Can, do you love me?” WHAP! “Go the fuck to sleep!” “Can, Can, Can, your eyes are the color of chocolate and your skin is sweeter than candy.” “I swear to every deity out there Tin…” “Can, Can, Can, do you fall more in love with me every day? I fall more in love with you every day.” “Your face is about to fall onto my fist!”
