This might be silly, but do you have any au headcannons for AePete in prison. I was reading another story and could totally envision Ae protecting Pete in prison, even if I couldnt actually see them ending up there in the first place haha

lazygeisha:

opald:

This is an interesting headcanon request! I can’t imagine them spending that much time in prison but I’ll try.

  • Ae would be in prison because he almost beat someone to death for hurting Nong Yim. He almost got put in jail for this in the series (but because Pete was assaulted) so it’s not that much of a stretch.
  • Pete would be in prison because Trump framed him for a financial crime and then fled the country.
  • The reason I don’t see Pete being there long is because he’s too delicate. It would break his spirit to be in such a violent hyper masculine place for a long period of time. I also think that his Mother would pay to have him released considering the fact that they’re very wealthy and Thailand has a corruption problem.
  • By the time Pete arrives, Ae has been there for six months and he’s used to it already. When he first gets there people thinks it’ll be easy to mess with him because he’s short, but they get clued in pretty quick when he breaks someone’s arm for trying to touch him in the showers.
  • Pete gets assigned to be Ae’s cell mate and he’s terrified. Not just because it’s prison but because the guards make jokes about how Ae’s going toĀ ā€˜tear him apart’ and other crude things that Pete doesn’t understand.
  • When Ae sees Pete for the first time, his hackles immediately rise. A mistake, is the first thing he thinks. There’s no way someone as fragile as this man could have done anything to deserve to be in here. Pete just makes his assessment worse when he flinches and shakes at the sound of the gate being closed.
  • The first night, Pete cries. It happens to everyone but Ae still lies there, tense, as he listens to Pete cry into his sheets. It sounds like the cries of a child, not a man. It makes him want to comfort him. He can’t stand it so he bangs the bed and asks Pete if he can stop.
  • Pete’s crying just gets louder at the sound, and it makes Ae feel worse. Pete says he’s sorry, but he’ll try. His cries get quieter because he covers his mouth, but they’re just as intense.
  • Ae gets down and climbs into bed with Pete. That stops Pete’s tears but only because he’s so scared of what Ae is going to do. But all he does is stroke Pete’s hair, the way he used to do to Nong Yim. It’s so gentle, it surprises Pete into rolling over so he’s facing Ae. This close, Ae can see just how pretty Pete really is, even with his eyes full of tears. Someone else will definitely try to take him once they’re released in the morning, and for some reason the thought makes Ae furious.
  • Pete says,Ā ā€œThank you. I’m sorry for being annoying,ā€ because he is thankful. This is the first kindness anyone has shown him since he got there. Ae can’t stop himself from pinching Pete’s cheeks because of how cute his voice is. He tells Pete,Ā ā€œIf you’re sorry then stop crying and go to sleep now.ā€
  • When they’re released in the morning for breakfast, Ae keeps a close eye on Pete. He walks too slow and gets yelled at and Ae has to stop himself from fighting the guard. He’s even slower getting breakfast and gets shoved out of line by other inmates. Ae leads Pete by the waist to sit at the lone table he usually sits at when he sees him standing there like he doesn’t know what to do. He knows what it looks like to the others, and he’s fine with it. If they think Pete belongs to him then no one will bother him. He ignores the fact that he actually wants Pete to belong to him, because he’s not that kind of man.
  • Ae gets twice as much food because he eats so much so he gives it to Pete, and then a little more. The food is complete crap and someone as thin as Pete can’t afford to lose anymore weight.
  • Without thinking about, Pete falls under Ae’s protection. He’s never protected anybody in there because no one has ever deserved it. Most of the men in there are disgusting, but Pete is so innocent and pure, Ae wants to keep him that way.
  • One night when they’re sleeping, Ae asks Pete why he’s in there. Pete hesitates before saying,Ā ā€˜My ex-boyfriend framed me for money laundering.ā€ It’s not the crime he’s scared to say, but the boyfriend part. Ae feels a mixture of emotions. His sees red at the fact that Pete was framed but also at the fact that he had a boyfriend.
  • Pete asks,Ā ā€œDoes Ae hate me? Now that you know?ā€ Ae’s confused so Pete clarifies and says,Ā ā€œI’m gay.ā€ Ae says he could never hate Pete. He just hates his boyfriend for doing that to him. What he doesn’t say is, he hates the fact that Pete’s ex-boyfriend has been inside him, but all Ae can do is hold him.
  • Ae spoons Pete every night. Pete’s blankets are thin compared to what he’s used to at home, and Ae’s warm bulk is comforting. Ae wants to keep Pete warm, but it’s also because he doesn’t feel like Pete is safe if Ae’s not holding him.
  • Pete ends up getting released after two months when his Mother is able to gather enough money from all of her accounts to get him out. It’s a quiet thing, because it’s all under the table.Ā
  • Pete is curled up in Ae’s arms when someone comes to get him in the middle of the night and just drags him out. Ae almost fights the guards because he wants to know where Pete is being taken but no one will tell him anything.
  • Pete doesn’t understand what’s going on either and just keeps crying, which makes Ae even more panicked.
  • Pete only realizes what’s going on when he’s taken to holding and they give him the clothes he came in. Within an hour, he’s in his Mother’s arms being driven back home.
  • Pete feels lost back in the real world, after two months of basically living in a bottle. It doesn’t feel right, to not have a schedule or a routine. He can just sleep for hours at home and no one will come to drag him out of bed. He can shower for an hour in complete privacy. He can even eat as much as wants. But the biggest thing he has to get used to is being without Ae. He sleeps for 14 hours the first night he’s back in his own bed but after that it’s hard, because he doesn’t have Ae’s warmth at his back.
  • Pete’s reluctant to talk about anything that happened while he was in there because he doesn’t want to make his Mother upset, but she’s the one who wants to know everything. It’s actually worse to her that Pete won’t talk because it just makes her assume the worst. Pete finally tells her everything when she starts quietly crying while they’re having one of many silent breakfasts.
  • He tells her about everything, skimming over the ugly parts, but most of his stories are about Ae. About how he was kind to him and became his protector while he was there. He doesn’t think he would still be the same Pete, if Ae wasn’t there to keep him safe. By the time he’s finished, Pete is the one whose crying because he hasn’t talked about Ae to anyone. Sharing it with his Mother makes it feel more real.
  • After hearing about how Ae protected her son, Pete’s Mother decides to repay the favour. A life for a life seems like a fair trade, so without telling Pete, she pays off officials to have Ae released early. The only reason she doesn’t tell Pete is because she doesn’t want to put pressure on Ae. If he wants to see Pete again, then he will. If he just wants to live his life then that’s fine too.
  • Ae goes to meet Pete within the week. Pete’s started attending some classes part-time at the University to get used to studying again, before planning to go as a full-time student the next semester. He’s walking to his car when he sees Ae and he thinks he’s hallucinating. But despite how many times he blinks and pinches himself, Ae is standing right there. It’s the first time Pete’s seen him in normal clothes, and he looks so handsome Pete can barely look at him.
  • All Ae has to say is,Ā ā€œPete-ā€ before Pete throws himself into his arms. He never thought he’d see Ae again so he holds on to him like he could disappear at any moment. Ae holds him back tighter than that, and it feels exactly the same as it did all those nights where Ae held him.
  • When they finally pull away, Ae says,Ā ā€œYou look good. Just how I expected you’d look out here, a proper Koon-Chai.ā€ Pete quickly says,Ā ā€œAe looks good too.ā€ before blushing bright red. Ae’s just wearing a T-shirt and jeans, but he’s still the most handsome man in Pete’s eyes.

WOW. Just.. wow.

Monster hunters

A plot bunny that got WAY to out of control while I was in the shower. (Sorry for the weird formatting I’m on mobile)

• The sports science boys are monster hunters

• One day they’re summoned to a nearby town for a job by the nobility there, a prince named Tul Medthanan

• They’re job is to rescue lord Pete who has been kidnapped by a monster living somewhere on the mountain

• They of course accept and agree to send Can, their most well rounded fighter who has both excellent physical skill and enough physic ability to defend from and attack anything magical

• Can leaves with a gaudy ring as a tracking token. A gift from Pete’s dickish fiancĆ© Trump that none of them really like but hey love is blind

• They all leave to see Can off at the gate when they’re stopped by a blacksmith

• He’s short and rough but he introduces himself as Ae, lord Pete’s childhood friend

• (A flimsy lie that even the oblivious Can sees through. The adoration and sick worry in Ae’s voice are too obvious for anyone to miss and Can hangs around enough couples to know what Love looks like)

• He presents a small necklace. It’s beautifully elegant and well made, clearly his own work and asks that if when they find Pete they’ll give it to him.

• Kengkla is their most powerful psychic (who is a better person in this AU) and can instantly see this will be a much better token than that flashy thing Trump gave them

• Can takes it, promises to pass it along, and sets off

• After a while he comes across a decent sized home nestled away so well without Ae’s token he never would’ve found it

• He doesn’t find a monster but he does find two young men

• One is kind and beautiful and Can recognizes Pete from the portraits he’d seen

• The other sends shivers down his spine.

• He’s handsome and carries himself with authority and aloofness that both irritates Can and sets off all sorts of bells he decides to ignore

• They both seem healthy and not at all like hostages

• He presents the necklace and states he’s here to free lord Pete and kill the monster

• Pete instantly says there’s no monster here

• Can is confused but agrees to come inside Where Pete introduces Tin, who acts like Can isn’t even there and basically irritates the hell out of Can

• Pete explains there’s no monsters and neither he nor Tin are captives

• Can makes the jump that Trump is an arranged marriage

• Pete agrees and says he’s there voluntarily

• By then it’s dark and Pete offers Can a place to stay for the night

• Can is worried that the monster will come back but Pete assured him it’s fine

• Early the next morning he wakes up to Tin shuffling around the kitchen making breakfast and they end up cooking together in the most comfortable silence Can as ever felt

• He didn’t know he could feel this calm around anyone

• Can ends up staying for days and spending more and more time with Tin

• Tin, who Can discovers is kind and gentle and so very soft under that layer of ice

• One day after about a week Can asks why Tin is there

• Tin tell him a story

• A story of a prince who was born with powers no one around him understood or tried to understand

• The prince was sent away under the guise of furthering his education but really he was meant to die alone in the mountains

• But the prince survived and did in fact learn

• He learned how to control his powers and made a small life for himself

• One day he decided to sneak back into his old home where he discovered his childhood friend was in an abusive arranged engagement to a ambitious noble

• The prince was furious and took his friend away using his powers

• His brother, who now lead their town and who had originally arranged for the young prince to die, put out word that a monster had taken his friend to try and get bounty hunters to come kill the prince and return his friend to be used as a political pawn

• Many tried and all failed until a young monster hunter found the prince and his friend because he’d trusted his friend’s real lover instead of the nobility

• Can stares in awe after the story is done

• He sees Tim’s vulnerable and scared face as he glances from Can to the floor waiting

• Tin is the supposed monster Can had been sent to kill

• Can knows what he was hired to do but now

• He grabs his sword and watches Tin’s (beautiful, beautiful, how could anyone hurt him?) face crumple and turn away not even defending himself from the blow he was expecting

• Can instead turns and hurls his sword out the open window

• He turns around and Tin is staring at him in shock

• Can drops to his knees in front of Tin and cups his face in his hands

• ā€œI’ll fight them all for you. Anyone who ever hurt you, I’ll fight them,ā€ he says

• Tin’s tears finally fall and Can starts to panic but Tin assures him he’s happy

• Can doesn’t need to fight anyone as long as Can believes him that’s enough

LBC’S INCORRECT QUOTES: We’ll call your boyfriend.

Bonus: And Pete was not bluffing

@andwebeginĀ

Pete, as Tin’s longest friend, knew Tin’s tendency to be dramatic. He also understood that Tin didn’t know how to do much in the way of affection and endearment other than spending money, kisses, or having sex.Ā

So when Tin asked Pete to come with him to help him pick out a present for Can and his family, Pete knew this might end in a special kind of disaster. Fortunately, Pete had been instructed to also bring Ae along.

That’s when Pete knew this would absolutely be a tremendous disaster.

Pete and Ae had to drag Tin away from the most expensive designer stores at the mall, knowing Can would be upset if Tin stepped foot in there. They also had to drag Tin out of the cheapest stores for complaining about everything inside.Ā

By the end of two hours, Tin was close to pulling his hair out.Ā

ā€œThat’s it! I’m just buying everything in the mall and they can pick whatever they want,ā€ Tin said while whipping out his phone.Ā

ā€œDO NOT!ā€ Ae shouted while lunging for Tin’s phone. Tin simply held it above his head and sneered at Ae. Ae looked ready to kick Tin in the shins and break his legs.

ā€œAnd how exactly will you stop me?ā€

Pete pulled out his phone while Ae kept Tin at distance.Ā ā€œWe’ll call your boyfriend.ā€

Tin seemed to falter for just a moment.Ā ā€œYou’re bluffing.ā€

Pete made two quick taps before putting the phone on speaker. It rang for a second before it was picked up.Ā ā€œHello? Pete? What’s wrong?ā€

Tin turned pale.Ā ā€œCANTALOUPE, EVERYTHING PETE SAYS IS A LIE!ā€

ā€œWhat? Tin? Why are you-ā€

ā€œAi Can, Ai Tin says he’s going to buy everything in the mall and let your family pick what they want.ā€ Pete gave Tin his most dead-eyed stare.Ā ā€œPlease stop him.ā€

ā€œWHAT?!ā€

Tin moved to grab Pete’s phone, but Ae held him back.Ā ā€œCantaloupe! It’s not what it sounds like!ā€

ā€œIt sounds like you’re spending a stupid amount of money on me and my family again!ā€

ā€œNot on purpose!ā€Ā

ā€œWhat do you mean not on purpose? HOW DO YOU BUY OUT A MALL WITHOUT PURPOSE?! That’s it, I’m coming over there. Which mall did you guys go to?ā€

ā€œThis is absolutely unnecessary!ā€

ā€œYOU BUYING OUT A MALL IS UNNECESSARY!ā€

@weilongfu you are making my day just better and better. ā¤

The Tsunderes: ones who have basic lock screens but a secret picture of there babies as their home screen

– Can

-Ae (I think he would want to show off Pete but would prefer the simplicity)

The Show Offs: ones who have their babies as both screens and don’t give a fuck about who sees

-Tin

-Pete

Coming soon(ish) in sock puppet form! @weilongfu šŸ‘ŒšŸ‘Œ

I leave for 3 minutes and @fkyb and @weilongfu are making a sock puppet version of LBC and I’m dying

@nacnit hey its @lazygeisha idea in the first place šŸ˜‚šŸ˜‚

Everyone remember, it was @lazygeisha that said sock puppets first.

I’m young and impressionable and can’t be expected to make responsible decisions.

I’m even younger so this applies to me as well, only times 1000

@weilongfu @fkyb Pond talking to Ae:

OMG YES

@weilongfu & @fkyb AePete or Tin/Can

no, wait THIS is TinCan

@weilongfu & @fkyb No, this is THE TinCan:

@plann-et Oh, no, my god, no! Don’t fall so far down, people!

we are mere peasants to your royalty.Ā

@plann-et it’s decades of hard living and a many lapses of judgement.
Seriously, though, I’m just feeding off some great people. šŸ˜‰ And I spent no time making the gifs, just finding them. That they exist at all is scary.

And now you want me to be the one to make the video people gif? RUDE

I’m just thinking ahead, please keep up

@fkyb Wait- wait- did you think *I* made those gifs?!?!??!?!!?

@lazygeisha i…..mostly didn’t think at all, i was too floored by how they fit perfectly

@fkyb Me too, TBH.

but imagine if Tin moves into the same apartment complex as Pete

I mean it would be hilarious, wouldn’t it?

– Obviously Tin and Pete will drive their significant others to their colleges separately. Ae and Tin claims it’s because Can and Ae are in different colleges and it doesn’t make sense to carpool together when the ultimate destinations are opposite ends of the campus. But Pete and Can knows better.

– However, there’s a time when Ae is forced to hitch a ride with Tin. It’s worse considering that it’s just the two of them. Can had a last minute study group to attend (he’s been skipping too many of them due to soccer practices and dates with his bf) and Pete is at home, recovering from a flu. Ae doesn’t want to leave Pete alone in their apartment for too long (and taking the public bus will mean another 45 mins away from his bae) and so the both of them suffer the ride together in silence. They never talk about it ever again.

– Pete and Can likes to have couple dates and both of them agreed to limit it to once a month. Anything more and they know their boyfriends will hit the roof.

– Ae and Tin still like to have their silent staring contests sometimes. Pete and Can learns to distract their lovers before it gets too competitive. Usually a quick peck on the cheeks or a hug will do the trick. They know how much power they have on their lovers.

– Ae did knock on Can and Tin’s apartment door once, asking after Tin. Can didn’t join their conversation because he’s busy cooking dinner but ā€˜Trump’, ā€˜gambling debt’ and ā€˜money’ did come up several times in their conversation. Ae left an hour later and somehow, their interactions seemed to be less hostile from that day onwards.

– Ae and Pete had a big fight. The only reason why Tin knows about it is because Ae has stayed over in their guest bedroom (Ae doesn’t want to be too far away from Pete).

– Can and Ae always runs in the mornings together around the complex with Gucci in tow. Sometimes Pete and Tin joins in when they don’t have morning classes.

– Tin almost didn’t rent the apartment because of the no-pets rule. Despite Can’s argument that he will be only staying over a few times a week, Tin still wanted to find a place where bringing Gucci over should never be a worry. Can didn’t know what happen but after a meeting with the complex’s management, Tin and Pete somehow managed to convince them to do an exception for Gucci. That’s the first time ever that Can realise this is the man he’s going to marry.

LBC Forever

AePete is the main reason why LBC will always have a special place in my heart. I am fairly new to this whole BL fandom and I am not entirely sure if I’m that big of a fan of all those Thai-BL-shows which are going to be thrown our way.Ā

But when I watch LBC I imagine LGBT+ people, maybe teenagers, maybe younger, maybe older and I am happy because they will watch

  • the main character saying he is gayĀ
  • a coming-out scene which is so true to the actual expirience of coming out that it makes me tear up every time
  • the potrayal of a first love which is lovely and heartwarmingĀ

They will watch a couple falling in love, like every other couple. They will watch the developement of physical intimacy and the message, that yes of course you are worthy of love and this is how it should look like.Ā

I sincerely hope that the positivity of AePete’s relationship will be the first of many healthy relationships and gay storylines in the Thai-BL-Fandom.Ā

I will miss them and my other ship TinCan, but the impact of LBC will drive me to write fanfiction for a long time – that I can promise.Ā
